Toccoa is tucked away in northeast Georgia’s Stephens County, right near the border with South Carolina, and this little place has it all. Not only is it home to one of the most impressive waterfalls in Georgia, it’s also got delicious restaurants and adorable little boutique shops to visit. The town averages only about two inches of snowfall a year, so snow isn’t a regular occurrence like it tends to be farther north, but when it does snow here, it’s such a cozy sight.
