This historic spot is beautiful in its own right and definitely among the most beautiful places in the U.S.
The Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah, Georgia sits on 160-acres of scenic, serene land overlooking the Wilmington River.
While the cemetery gained fame when it was featured in the novel Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, it has since retained a cult-like following due to its hauntingly beautiful atmosphere.
