Throughout the years, the Bell House in Valdosta, Georgia has been known as many things—Bell House Bed and Breakfast and Vito’s, to name a few.

But before both of these places, the Bell House was home to a medical doctor named Dr. David S. Bell.
Doctor Bell was the owner of a traveling medicine-tent show back in the Depression, where he would sell his "Miracle Cure" elixir to help cure all sorts of issues people might have.

But this Doctor was also known as a Jack-of-all-trades, too, whether it was owning a nightclub, working in real estate, creating a "Re-Nu Tonic" to bring people back from the dead, pretending to be a fortune-teller inside his home, or by starting a chain letter scheme that helped him rake in thousands.

In the 1990s, parapsychology students and their professor tested the home for paranormal activity, and while a normal reading was around two milligauss or less, parts of the house were reading as high as 185.
