There is a beautiful boardwalk trail in Georgia that many residents don’t even know exists. While sometimes we stick to the more well known hikes in the state, like Amicalola Falls trail for instance, we tend to miss the lesser known hikes. But in truth, those are equally as beautiful. Perhaps this summer, we should start exploring the new. And we can all start by taking on the Phinizy Swamp Nature Park in Augusta.
The address for Phinizy Swamp Nature Park is 1858 Lock and Dam Road, Augusta, GA 30906. The park is open 365 days a year from sunrise until sunset. Free parking can be found at the Nature Park’s primary entrance. To find out more information about Phinizy Swamp Nature Park visit the website and Facebook Page.
