In case you didn’t know, Georgia is awesome and we have the proof to back it up! We have some of the best collegiate football teams in the country, we make Coca-Cola, and we have warm weather most of the time! Here are 15 undeniable reasons everyone should love Georgia!

We make the greatest soda in the country and some of the best fried chicken too! Millions of people around the world drink Coke and Chick-Fil-A is a national favorite as well. Those alone warrants us bragging rights! On top of that we are also home to Home Depot and UPS, two other national household brands.

We love our Georgia Tech and UGA football teams--and so does the rest of the country! While many a Georgia person is either a UGA or a Georgia Tech fan, we will gladly claim the bragging rights of being the home base for both teams.

Here in Georgia you can sit down with your neighbor and have a friendly chat or even have one with a stranger! I love the feeling of a community that living in a state like Georgia brings!

You can't talk about Georgia without talking about the food! We make some of the best fried chicken, sweet tea, and pecan pie! This shot was taken at Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room in Savannah, Georgia.

We love our warm weather here in Georgia! Getting out in the sun, going to a bbq, or planting a garden are all Georgia favorites when the weather gets warm. Our long tradition of growing peaches has lasted over 100 years. Every time someone bites into a peach they should thank Georgia, as more than likely we were responsible for growing it! We produce about 40,000 tons of peaches per year!

When folks from up north or out west move to Georgia they are simply in shock once they realize how much more bang for their buck they can get when purchasing a home. The average home value in Georgia is about 130K compared to about 188K nationally.

We have so many parks, museums, amusement centers, and other attractions that the possibilities for fun are endless! There are also a host of things for families to do free of cost, especially in the spring and summer when we host some of our many festivals.

You get the job opportunities and culture of a big city while still getting the southern hospitality and community of a small town. I love feeling like I'm in a big little city when I visit our major Georgia cities of Atlanta, Savannah, and Augusta.
