Triar Seafood supplies fresh seafood to restaurants all over the U.S.. Chefs such as Rick Bayless, Bob Waggoner, and Christian Svalesen get their seafood from this shop. Triar is a James Beard Foundation supplier and has also provided seafood to the US Winter Olympics and the Taste of NFL.
Triar's owner, Peter Jarvis, has been offering fresh seafood to restaurants and the public for more than 20 years.
