Florida really is an impressive state, not just for its natural beauty but because there are so many pockets of history just waiting to be explored. One of the best ways to enjoy the history in Florida is by visiting one of the historic sites or museums that offers a window into time. The Sunshine State boasts a wide array of historical museums, which are windows into the past, offering insights into its diverse cultural heritage. One of my favorite ways to spend a rainy day in Miami is by meandering through an art center or museum. If you want to enjoy a blend of art and history, as well as Florida culture, then head on over to The Maitland Art Center.
