It’s not every day that you come across a farm-to-table restaurant situated in an old ice plant building dating back to the 1920s. Yet, Ice Plant Bar in St. Augustine is full of surprises. Sourcing seafood from the St. Augustine area and other local spots when possible, and produce from local farms, this restaurant is a hidden gem that locals go crazy for. But perhaps the most surprising thing on the menu is the cocktails. Craft cocktails of all varieties really make this place shine, and you have to see some of these beauties to believe us.
