I can’t say I’ve ever personally completed a food challenge, but I’d like to think that I could chow down on some of my favorites with awards and accolades on the line. And yet, sometimes, my eyes can be way bigger than my stomach. For instance, I’m not sure that I would be able to finish the Appetite of the Beast from Rock N Roll Ribs in Florida. This heavy-metal-meets-meat-haven offers a plate of food that is so big it could feed an entire family. Or – one famished individual looking to win.

Founded by two iconic rock musicians, Nicko McBrain, the drummer of Iron Maiden, and Rick "Rock" Barrett, this restaurant embodies the true essence of the rock 'n roll lifestyle, serving up some of the finest BBQ in the Sunshine State.
