There are plenty of pizzerias in the Sunshine State, but few are as good this local favorite in Delray Beach. And none of them can offer such an incredible experience, complete with funky decor and a secret garden.
From the outside, Bambini's Garden Pizzeria in Delray Beach looks like your average, everyday pizza joint. Inside, it's hiding an incredible secret.
There's delicious, New York style pizza, with a crispy crust and a thick layer of bubbly cheese. Then, there are the toppings. Bambini's is owned by local favorite The Boys Farmers Market, so you can imagine how tasty and fresh these toppings (and really all of the ingredients) are. This goes for their salads, wraps, and sandwiches, too.
The excellent food, however, is not the only thing that makes people fall in love with Bambini's. The restaurant is connected to The Girls Strawberry Patch, another establishment owned by the same farmers market. This old-fashioned ice cream parlor is covered from wall to wall with fun and quirky decor.
Don't forget to look up, because there are literally dozens of toys, stuffed animals, lunch boxes, knick-knacks, and collectibles are literally hanging from the ceiling!
You might even run into someone famous. (Marilyn Monroe and Elvis have their own table.)
The ice cream and other desserts here are the classic nostalgic treats from your childhood but taken to a new whimsical, over-the-top extreme.
This eccentric decor isn't even the coolest thing about it. While you're waiting for your pizza, take a stroll in The Girls' magical garden, where you will find exotic birds, petting zoo animals. If the weather is nice, you can even eat your meal outside at one of the picnic tables.
There's a reason it's called the Strawberry Patch. This is also a u-pick patch full of strawberries and some seasonal vegetables. It isn't picking season right now, but you can always get an amazing strawberry shortcake, any time of year.
Bambini’s Garden Pizzeria is open every day of the week, from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and The Girls Strawberry Patch is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the garden closing at 6:00 p.m.
