Bowers Beach is an adorable little town right in between the scenic Murderkill and the St. Jones Rivers. It’s still an old-fashioned fishing town, where watermen spend their days collecting oysters, crabs, and fish for area restaurants. It’s a quiet, sleepy town that features some shops, a museum, and the famous JP’s on the Wharf restaurant.
Please note, JP’s on the Wharf is temporarily closed.
I’ll confess, dessert is my favorite part of any meal. And while there’s really only one place to get a great strawberry pie in Delaware, JP’s isn’t alone in serving a unique and delicious dessert. Check out our list of unbelievable desserts in Delaware, and let me know which one is your favorite.
