If you’ve ever tried Maryland-style BBQ, chances are you’ve fallen in love with pit beef. Now, we’re lucky enough to be able to find pit beef in Delaware! Charm City’s signature BBQ bar has opened a location in Rehoboth Beach, and foodies everywhere now have a reason to celebrate.
The famous Chaps Pit Beef got its start in 1987, just outside of Baltimore. Ever since then, the name has been synonymous with tasty meat!
Pit beef is barbecued beef that's got a good sear on the outside, with a juicy center that's close to rare. After the meat is cooked, it's sliced thin and piled so high that you might have a hard time taking a bite!
