Wilmington is a great foodie city, and if you know where to look, you can find just about anything. One of our favorite spots on Market Street often gets overlooked due to the sheer volume of eateries downtown, but it’s well worth a visit if you like burgers and milkshakes. The creativity at The Farmer & The Cow is impressive!
The Farmer and the Cow is a burger bar and casual restaurant on Market Street in Downtown Wilmington, Delaware.
There are ten different burgers on the menu, plus the occasional special edition. The spicy "Moo Caliente" features habanero peppers, ghost jack cheese, Carolina Reaper aioli, and onion straws. It's topped with avocado crema that cuts the spice just a bit!
Other creations include the "That’s What Brie Said" with bourbon pear, prosciutto, balsamic glaze, and brie, and the more classic Rodeo King burger with bacon, BBQ sauce, and onion straws.
