Now that spring has finally come to Delaware, it’s time to get out and enjoy all of the wonderful festivals that are starting to kick off! One of the best festivals in the state is the Lavender Festival, held down in Milton for the past three years. This may be one of the state’s newest festivals, but you’ll love strolling the farm, snacking and shopping at the only lavender festival in Delaware.
Lavender Fields at Warrington Manor is hosting the festival on June 2, 2018.
You may be surprised to learn that the pathway takes up half a mile of walking space! The path is an exact replica of the labyrinth embedded in the floor of the Cathedral of Chartres near Paris, France. This time of year, you'll be surrounded by beautiful blooming wisteria.
