Delaware’s springtime and summertime festivals are some of the best events in the First State! Every year, summer kicks off in Milton for nature lovers and artists at the Shorebird and Horseshoe Crab Festival that takes place at Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge and downtown Milton. Every year, more than 1,500 Delawareans come to celebrate our unique coastal ecosystems at the Milton Shorebird and Horseshoe Crab Festival.

The festival is a joint effort from Milton Chamber of Commerce, Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge and Milton Historical Society. Local sponsors like Dogfish Head help make this festival one of the best of the year.
