And while we know that this list of “happiest” cities in subjective and everybody has their own tastes, we followed the lead of RoadSnacks, and these Zippia lists about the happiest and most successful cities in Delaware. After combining big data from all three surveys, a few points of our own, and a little bit of pixie dust, we’ve settled on this list of the 12 happiest cities in Delaware.
