Delaware’s charming Brandywine Valley features beautiful landscapes, homes and scenery that’s often overlooked when visitors decide to flock to our beaches. If you’re looking for an upstate adventure this summer, spend a day seeing the sights in Greenville, Delaware to feel like American royalty.
Please note, Hagley and Mt Cuba Center are temporarily closed.
The Greenville landscape is dotted with beautiful DuPont mansions, gorgeous estates, and beautiful, classy homes that line the shady streets.
There's even a little bit of magic hiding in the woods - Winterthur's Enchanted Woods, that is.

Mt. Cuba Center is right on the outskirts of Greenville, and though it's technically in Hockessin, the rolling hills blend together as you approach this stunning garden.
What’s your favorite charming Delaware community where you can relax for an entire day? I really think Greenville makes a good argument for being the most whimsical town in the state! Spend a day exploring the town to see for yourself.
