When it comes to beautiful hikes, it’s hard to beat the scenery of the Delaware coast. If you find yourself craving a hike near Rehoboth Beach, head to Cape Henlopen State Park and check out the 5-mile out-and-back Gordon’s Pond Trail.
If you're looking for a relaxing and scenic hike near Rehoboth Beach, the Gordon's Pond out-and-back trail may be the best around! It's full of natural wonders and it's a great place to get some fresh air.
Hike or bike for five miles from Lewes to Rehoboth. Most of the trail is crushed stone and sand, but one mile of your journey will be along a boardwalk that crosses the marshes.
Delaware is world-famous for its beaches and coastline, but this is the way that many locals choose to enjoy our natural wonders. The crowded beaches are overrated!
You'll find overlooks along the boardwalk, so be sure to stop and read the placards that will teach you about many of the rare birds you may see on this quiet nature trail.
