Lewes Fishhouse is a fantastic place to stop and pick up the freshest seafood in town.
This little seafood market and crab shack stands out in a state that's known for great shellfish, and after visiting you'll soon understand why this spot is a favorite.
It's not too hard to find great crabs in Delaware, but the ones brought in to the Fishhouse are all meaty Maryland blue claws caught straight from the Chesapeake Bay!
They sell more than just crabs, of course. You'll find fresh from the bay scallops, mussels, and local oysters. Did you know that Delaware Bay oysters are some of the most sought after in the country?
