Thousands and thousands of years ago, humans discovered that honey, yeast, and water created an amazing, intoxicating beverage, now known as mead. For years, this was a popular drink across all continents, until, for some reason, beer, wine, and other spirits took over the industry. In fact, mead hasn’t been made in Delaware for over one hundred years… that is, until Liquid Alchemy opened up the first modern Delaware meadery.
