Delaware is a state that takes breakfast seriously – we are, after all, the Scrapple Capital of the world. And while I’m pretty sure there aren’t many other places vying for that title, we’ve made our mark on greasy, fried breakfast food. It’s no surprise, then, that Delaware is home to some awesome diners, scattered throughout the state. It’s hard to find a 24/7 diner in Delaware, but some of them do exist – like Marsh Rd and Rehoboth Diner, below. No matter what time you visit, all of these Delaware diners serve up an amazing variety of delicious food.
Stargate Diner in Seaford is one of the best lunch spots in Delaware, and their homemade desserts will complete your meal, and your life. Stargate is one of my favorite Delaware Diners because I cannot resist their pies.
The Frankford Family Diner is known for their amazing fried seafood, crabcakes, and the Delaware Omelette with scrapple mixed in. It's a classic Delaware diner that takes advantage of being so close to the bay!
The Seaford Eagle Diner has all of the normal greasy-food staples, but what makes it stand out in a sea of other diners is the fresh salad bar. There are plenty of options to choose from!
The portions at this small Bear, Delaware Diner are gigantic, but the prices are still low. They serve up some of the best cheeseburgers in Delaware along with other classics like grilled cheese and a delicious meatball parm.

This open-all-night Rehoboth Beach establishment is a landmark to nearly everyone who's gone out for the evening in RB. Whether you want breakfast or lunch or a combination of both at 3 AM, this Delaware diner will not disapint.
Angel's has a reputation for being a small, unassuming place with mind-blowing food. Their sweet potato pancakes are the best I've ever had, and their breakfast sandwiches or lunch subs are some of the most delicious meals you'll find at any Delaware diner. Don't think twice about the location, just go enjoy yourself.
When it comes to Delaware diners, this one might be the most well known of them all. The tall, dated Marsh Road diner sign is a welcome sight to night owls in Wilmington, and it's one of the best places to grab a meal after-hours, for sure.
The Kozy Korner has been a Wilmington staple for breakfast and lunch for years. Serving classic diner food (and the most amazing chocolate chip pancakes) is their specialty.
