For years, the Dogfish Head brand has been transforming the Delaware dining scene. Their Chesapeake and Maine restaurant is one of the best Rehoboth Beach seafood shacks you’ll ever step into! Here, you’ll find fresh-from-the-bay oysters, creative takes on local favorites, enormous Maine lobsters, and their famous overstuffed Lobster Rolls. Is this heaven?
Chesapeake and Maine is a Dogfish Head restaurant that aims to bring the best of the Bay and Ocean together in one spot.
This nautical-themed restaurant was inspired by Dogfish founder Sam Calagione’s summers spend in Maine — and you can guess where the "Chesapeake" inspiration has come from.
Of course, it's also perfect with a fruity, tropical drink! Each lobster roll is stuffed with Maine Lobster and light lemon mayo and served with warm drawn butter for dipping. Choose hand-cut Old Bay fries or fresh coleslaw as a side.
If you're looking for something a little different, order the Land & Sea Burger. Fresh Angus beef topped with crab meat or lobster, served with lettuce and tomato and Dogfish's special ‘beernaise’ sauce. What a mouthful!
Don't forget their fish fry! Whatever you're craving, you'll find it here, whether it's seafood, burgers, chicken, or even pork chops. Their extensive menu is full of unique creations.
