Lots of things in Delaware are in the “middle of nowhere”, that’s for sure. With so many small towns and everything being so spread out and rural in this state, it’s easy to wander off of the beaten path and discover something amazing. One thing I’ve found, though, is that most of Delaware’s best restaurants are in the middle of their towns. That makes sense – restaurants need traffic, and setting up where the most people are is a smart strategy. However, one Delaware restaurant has been serving up great seafood from, well…the middle of a cornfield, miles from any town.
