Rehoboth Beach is such a foodie town! With high end restaurants, classic oyster bars, and brunches that will leave you wondering how you’ve ever made it through a Sunday without them, there’s really something to please everyone’s taste buds in our little resort town. The best part about spending any time here is discovering the little places hidden among the shops downtown, or on the roads leading towards and away from the Delaware Coast. Exploring Rehoboth Beach is exactly how I discovered my favorite find to date – the best Mac and Cheese in Delaware.
Grandpa Mac's in Rehoboth Beach serves Mac and Cheese to die for.
The original location sits downtown at 33 Baltimore Ave, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971, and it's become so well known for being the tiny shop that will blow your taste buds away.
With an almost perfect rating on Yelp, Urbanspoon and Facebook, there's no question that they serve the Best Mac and Cheese in Delaware.
The tiny Rehoboth Beach location seats about a dozen, and is packed any time they're open. In the summer, they keep regular hours, but they're currently closed for the winter.

Luckily, Grandpa Mac's Brand New Highway location, is open every day.
They just opened up in November - it's almost like they read the minds of hungry Delawareans who couldn't stand the thought of not being able to eat large "I'm A Fun Guy"s all winter long.
Catch them 11am-9pm every day at 18756 Coastal Hwy, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971

While you’re in the area, you might want to check out the neighboring town of Lewes: it’s known for being the First Town in the First State. You’ll love the quaint city where you can find some amazing historic sites, the best hiking trail in the state, and great shopping.
