The Potomac can be a little scary some days, however, there is one small exception to this rule and it’s not far from Washington DC. In a state park in Maryland, just two hours away from the city, you will find beautiful bluest water near Washington DC.
Greenbrier State Park is a Maryland State Park located in Boonsboro and the beach and lake there should be your new go-to destination when you need gorgeous water in your life
