Everything shuts down when there’s even the slightest hint of snow that you may actually completely forget how to navigate even the slightest flurries.
12. Dodging tourists
Every Washingtonian knows the tourist weave you have to do when you’re walking anywhere near the Mall. And definitely look out for those segways!
13. You will always have a soft spot for DC.
