There are so many amazing restaurants in DC. From fine dining to small Mom and Pop’s, you can find everything and anything you want here. So why go to a restaurant you can find anywhere in the country?

The same goes for coffee places. With so many unique craft coffee places in the area, there’s no need for any chain coffee.

DC freaks out when there is even the slightest chance of snow. Be prepared for long lines and empty shelves if you dare to stop into a store the night before a potential storm.

It’s confusing, always busy and pedestrians never seem to follow street signs. That circle has gotten even the most patient of drivers.

Parking is few and far between in DC and if you do happen to find a coveted spot, make sure you check the signs. The parking times can be off and there’s always one random street cleaning day that could cost you!
