If you ask me, wineries are like the Disneyland of adulthood. On a nice warm day you can walk along the rows, sip wine, and chat with friends or loved ones. Or if wine is a solo adventure for you, just sit back and read a book. However you enjoy your trip, do it at one of these gorgeous Connecticut locations.
1. Chamard Vineyards (Clinton)
This place is a collection of land tucked at the end of a winding road.
Enjoy the wine or stop by the bistro for a full meal.
2. Jonathan Edwards Winery (North Stonington)
Catch a peak of the barrels on your walkthrough for a secret look into wine making and enjoy the view.
You'll love the laid-back atmosphere around the picnic tables.

If you think this place is something in the summer, come back for the season change!

Rustic on the outside, charming on the inside. Connecticut's oldest vineyard is going strong.
I go for the Honey Nut Apple, but definitely try them all!

Take your date here for a lunch special they'll never forget.
