In 2009, the Yimoyines family in Middlebury opened Middlebury Consignment and decided to take their business one step further by opening a cafe where hungry shoppers can dine. The Vyne Restaurant began its roots as a small cafe and has since become a fabulous restaurant with a European ambiance.

Although the Vyne Restaurant began as a small cafe meant to satisfy the hunger of Middlebury Consignment customers, this little cafe soon grew up to become a beautiful restaurant with delicious gourmet food and a beautiful Old World feeling with modern flair.

The open view kitchen lets you see your meals in preparation. For an especially awe-inspiring experience, you will want to be one of eight chosen guests to sit at The Chef's Counter. While at the counter you will be served from a specialty Chef's Choice menu and select wine is served to complement the meal. The best part is watching each preparation step from start to finish.
