Mark your calendars now, on June 2 you’ll want to check out this quirky event that has everyone quacking like crazy!
Naugatuck Duck Day is a family-friendly festival that is free to attend on June 2, 2019. It combines a spirited rubber duckie race with a carnival atmosphere making for a ridiculously fun day!
The highlight of the festival is the rubber duck race down the river. Purchase a duck for just $5 and if your duck wins the race, you will be awarded $5000! Sounds simple, right?
$5000 goes to the first place duck with other prizes like gift certificates, game consoles, and gift baskets being handed out to the 29 runner-ups. After the race, ALL of the ducks are removed from the river to prevent any impact on the environment.

Naugatuck, CT 06770. Get all the details by checking out their website or Facebook page. Purchase a rubber duck race ticket here.
