Hideaway in the forest in this quiet cabin up in the treetops. With a large deck, and surrounded by a great deal of land, this is a perfect getaway to enjoy the stillness of nature.

Situated on 100 beautiful acres of Connecticut forest, visiting here allows you to get away from it all. There are more than 2.5 miles of hiking trails nearby for you to enjoy. The trails meander by a brook, marsh, and even a spring-fed pond.
There's a comfortable queen bed in the middle of the studio cabin, fitted with luxurious 400 count thread sheets.
With high ceilings and cozy bedding, this tiny home is spacious despite its 168-foot dimensions. The six large windows let in copious amounts of light, and plenty of views of the trees surrounding the cabin.

The cabin comes with electricity and USB outlets so that you are able to charge your phone.
Nestled into the corners are two white birch longs, strung with white fairy lights. There are stained glass panels to add to the artistic, homey feel, and there's a large ceiling fan situated directly over the bed.
If it gets really cold they have a portable propane heater you can borrow, but the electric fireplace puts out quite a bit of heat on its own and offers a lovely ambiance.
There's a unique composting toilet available for use during your stay inside the cabin.
This little spot doesn't have water, however, so you'll need to take a short walk down to the main house for a private, outdoor shower. You are also able to wash any dishes that you may need to clean in the shower area, and the cabin is stocked with essentials like plush towels, washcloths, and more.
You can gather around the fire pit with your favorite beverage, and stay warm.
The area is laid with crushed stone, and there are comfortable chairs to lounge in. Or try our their Mayan hammock, and whip up your favorite barbecue on their propane grill!
With a spacious deck, views of the surrounding forest, and plenty of areas to relax, this is a fantastic option for a relaxing weekend away.
Bring your favorite book and sip on a cup of coffee from their Keurig machine. Or take the short, five-minute walk to their spring-fed pond. Whatever you choose to do during your stay, you will leave refreshed and rejuvenated.
