B.F. Clyde's Cider Mill was established in 1881 and the 6th generation of the family is still making cider the original good old-fashioned way.
While we have other excellent cider mills in Connecticut, B.F. Clydes is the only one making cider using steam power and this makes for a unique autumn excursion.
Check out the cider making demonstrations for visitors on weekends in October at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. In November you can view them at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
