Experts aren't sure exactly who this woman was. Some believe she was murdered after killing her husband. Others say she passed away during childbirth. Another well-known theory claims she was brutally murdered and dumped in a ditch.

The figure always wears a long, flowing white dress. Sometimes, she'll drift between the headstones. Other times, she can be seen standing still in the middle of the road. Numerous drivers have reported accidentally running her over, only to realize no one was actually there.
