Welcome to Flamig Farm, a century-old farm nestled in a tiny community of West Simsbury in Hartford County.
Founded in 1907, this picture-perfect farm is most well-known for their massive backwards EGGS sign on the side of the barn. What was supposed to be an advertisement ended up being too big for it to pass through zoning (the letters are almost 5-foot tall) so they decided to stick the letters up against their barn backwards and call it "art."
Flamig Farm is a fun-filled trip the whole family will enjoy. Escape the city life for an afternoon and head out to greener pastures where you and your family will have an incredible adventure learning about this historic farm.
