OKO in Westport, CT has been serving up amazing dishes since 2018. It’s tucked away inside the historic Vigilant Hose Company Firehouse in downtown. You wouldn’t expect to find authentic Japanese dishes in suburban Westport, much less in an old firehouse, so this is a pretty surprising spot!
