We love to see old buildings transformed into something new. It’s nice to see something being repurposed instead of getting torn down, and sometimes the new businesses will keep little touches to remind you of the building’s former life. One spot in Connecticut that has been transformed over the years is the old Savings Bank in Chester. It’s now Grano Arso, an upscale Italian eatery that has exquisitely delectable food in a building that was once a humble small town bank.
