The northeast corner of Connecticut tends to get a bad reputation. The area is primarily rural, with few larger cities like we have on the coast. The area is so uneventful that it’s been nicknamed the “Quiet Corner.” One thing that the Quiet Corner is known for, though, is a variety of thrift and antique stores.
