When fall swings around, everyone’s minds jump from topic to topic. Changing leaves, fun foods galore (pumpkin pie or apple cider, anyone?), an array of festivals, cider mill tours, hay rides… there’s so much to see and do it can almost be overwhelming! If you’re a fan of the spooky and scary, you’re likely also interested in some of the great haunted houses in Connecticut. One of our favorites is Nightmare on Wolcott Street in Waterbury. This creepy place is returning again for the 2022 season, with an opening day set for the last weekend in September. It will run weekends through the month of October, giving you plenty of opportunities to be spooked to your core!
