An internship in The Nest offers young adults with autism the opportunity to learn the skills needed to succeed in the workplace, while also enabling them to gain more self confidence in a positive environment. Whether they are greeting customers, learning skills as a barista, or just brushing up on everyday tasks, they not only get a chance to build up their resume, but are also able to build a strong bond with their colleagues and create networking opportunities that will last a lifetime.
