"My mom was a single mom and worked three jobs to put herself through culinary school, only to find no one would hire her after graduation," said Marni Esposito, daughter of Cynthia Rae and current CEO of Moon Rocks Gourmet Cookies. "We made her signature cookie my entire life. In 2014, it was time to share Moon Rocks with the world. She has since created over 120 recipes."
