Lisa loves animals and has dogs, rats, cats, guinea pigs, and snakes. She is passionate about animal rescue and live music - traveling across the country to see a favorite band is a pretty regular occurrence! Being out hiking in the woods enjoying the scenery with her beloved dogs is another favorite hobby, and also checking out the Pokemon Go scene in whatever city she happens to be in at any given time (coffee and dog leash in hand). We love new restaurants. There’s not much that compares to the joy of being the first in your friend group to find out how delicious a new spot is – you certainly get bragging rights! But historic restaurants in the Nutmeg State that have been around for practically forever are always a treat as well. After all, there’s a reason that these decades-long eateries have stood the test of time. One of our favorite places for fine dining just happens to also be one of the most iconic restaurants in Connecticut: The Roger Sherman Inn.
