A lifelong Virginia resident, Beth loves exploring different parts of the world and currently resides in Charlottesville. For an unforgettable display of food, live music, and fun, head on over to Mill River Park in Downtown Stamford this August. This two-weekend-long event promises to impress foodies of all kinds.
So what can you expect from this year's festival? Tons of delicious food, amazing live music, and ice-cold beverages. There will be over 75 food trucks in attendance!

The festival's live entertainment is an attraction itself. This year's lineup Includes multi-platinum superstar Nelly (August 14th), One Night of Queen (August 15), and Purple Xperience: Tribute to Prince (August 21)!

The Hey Stamford! Food Festival invites nurses, doctors, and frontline healthcare workers in Stamford to attend as guests of the annual food and music festival in Mill River Park.
In partnership with First County Bank & Minchin Buick GMC, Parachute Concerts & Hey Stamford!, co-producers of the event, will be donating over 4,400 tickets to Stamford Health and local first responders as a way to say thank you for their efforts combating the Covid-19 pandemic.
This year as a special addition, guests can look forward to “Parm-A-Palooza" on Saturday, August 21st.
Food Network personality Christian Petroni will be curating a deliciously cheesy day filled with food creations at the first-annual Parm-A-Palooza! The one-day event will gather Petroni’s chef friends, like Rocco Dispirito, Anthony Vitolo, David Greco, and more!
And don't forget dessert! On August 22nd, Ice Cream Sunday will be the sweetest way to top off the festival with the whole family.
