This Incredible New Train Just Made Exploring Connecticut Much Easier
The long-awaited CTrail Hartford Line now has trains running between New Haven and Springfield making it much easier to explore the interior of Connecticut. Using the rail system is a cost-effective way to start visiting many of our wonderful attractions. Climb aboard this incredible train and start your next adventure.

If you buy your tickets on board the train, the cost increases by $3. Children under five-years-old can ride the rails for free, while up to four children 5 to 11 years old if accompanied by a fare-paying adult can ride for just $1 each. This makes family trips affordable and fun. Riders over 65 or those who are disabled can take advantage of half-price fares.

Plans for construction of additional stations in North Haven, Newington, West Hartford, and Enfield are underway making it even easier to catch a train.
