There are plenty of nice restaurants in Connecticut with great views and ambiance. Then there’s Millwright’s in Simsbury, which has its very own waterfall. The serene surroundings aren’t the restaurant’s only draw; the owner/chef is a local celebrity thanks to his creative menus and commitment to farm-to-table values.
Millwright's is housed in a former mill building built in 1680. Catch different views of the falls from the more formal dining room upstairs and the relaxed tavern downstairs.
Occasionally, the restaurant hosts events on the bridge directly overlooking the falls.
Millwright's places value on both history and innovation. The dining room demonstrates those values perfectly.

At Millwright's, you can always trust that the creative menu will be executed perfectly.
