Others simply love that gluten-free diets tend to contain few processed foods. It can be difficult to find gluten-free restaurants in Connecticut. One spot in Bridgeport that is worth checking out is Black Rock Social House. The entire restaurant is gluten-free, but the food is so good that it will delight even those without specialized diets. Gluten-free food and a traditional comfortable gastropub atmosphere combine in this spectacular new eatery.

Black Rock Social House connoisseurs should face no such struggles, however. This place is beautiful and has such a wide array of foods that no one will find themselves missing gluten.
Though the entire restaurant is gluten-free, they still manage to offer staples like macaroni and cheese (made of spåtzle instead of traditional wheat pasta). The tacos, risotto, and soups are certainly not lacking in flavor, either.
