Saltwater Farm Vineyard is located in Stonington. The vineyard was established in 2001 on the site of an old 1930s airport. The property had been unused for some time and the new owner imagined a new beginning for the space.
The hangar was preserved and redesigned with a modern flair. The vaulted ceilings give the interior an airy feel while the metal exterior keeps the airport vibe intact.
The wine created here is a local favorite and there are currently eight astounding vintages to choose from on the wine menu. Grab a glass, you are going to love tasting this wine.
