Sponsored by the Lavender Association of Western Colorado, the Colorado Lavender Festival pays tribute to not only this multi-purpose flower, but to the hard-working farmers who grow some of the best in the state.
Located at different farms and parks around town, the festival is a celebration of all things lavender, highlighting not only its beauty, but its many different uses as well.
What does the Colorado Lavender Festival entail? For starters, you have an opportunity to take a guided tour of three lavender farms. Decide to take a tour and you'll also get a luxury bus ride, lunch, and wine.
