Have you been to Barr Lake State Park in Colorado? It’s not far from Denver metro – it’s just north of the city in Brighton. This state park covers 2,715 acres and offers 12 miles of trails, including an 8.8-mile trail that goes all the way around the lake, plus incredible bird watching and recreational activities. It’s a great place to explore at any time of year, but on top of all of that, the park staff hosts a number of fantastic events in all seasons. One of the park’s most popular events is its Annual Reindeer and Princess Day. This year, it’s on November 26th. Read on to learn more about it.
