One of my favorite snacks has always been popcorn. I mean, what’s not to love about this iconic treat? It’s salty, buttery, and is light enough that you can polish off an entire tub of it at the movie theater without thinking twice. (I’m not the only one who does that… right?) If you are a popcorn lover like myself—or just love fun stores full of goodies—you are going to love this delightful Colorado popcorn shop that is what childhood dreams are made of.

Located in Fort Collins, Rebel Popcorn is a small-batch and hand-crafted popcorn shop where there are truly "NO rules." Started by four friends who were in the granola business, Rebel Popcorn is a truly happy accident that instantly took off with the residents of northern Colorado.
In addition to selling their uniquely delicious flavors (which they describe as not being "your grandfather's caramel corn in a box") in their storefront, Rebel Popcorn also hosts a number of memorable events, including this fun Chefs on the Go workshop for budding gourmands.
Rebel Popcorn's storefront can be found at 2601 S. Lemay Ave. #2 in Fort Collins and is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 pm. For more information on events, flavors, and pricing, be sure to visit Rebel Popcorn's website.
