15 Reasons Why You Should Never, Ever Move To Colorado
I am going to go out on a limb here and guess that word got out about Colorado being the greatest state ever. (Ugh!) Our state is getting to be too crowded (primarily by the Californians… double ugh!) and it just needs to stop. You do not want to move to Colorado, my friends. In fact, the next time you hear someone you know talking about moving to Colorado, the Centennial State, refer them to these 15 reasons not to move to Colorado:
1. Colorado winters = dry skin...

2. ...and staticky hair.

3. Peyton retired.

4. Your television will be bombarded with commercials for Rocky's Auto...

5. ...and The Strong Arm, Frank Azar. Two truly bizarre, weird things about living in Colorado. You don’t want to turn on the television and see these guys each and every time, do you?

6. If you hate beer, don't even bother coming here! There’s so much beer! So much well crafted, delicious, tasty Colorado beer.

7. Elevation sickness is a real thing, people! It will knock you out before you know what hit you. Denver is a mile high, and it can be a real adjustment to some people.

8. The cost of living is high...

9. When it rains, it pours (in the summer)...

10. ...and when it snows, it blizzards (in the winter). We have all of the extremes: sunny, bright days, huge downpours, and tons of snow.

11. The traffic is terrible...

12. ...and nobody can drive worth a darn. It feels like the drivers here failed their driver’s education class at some point, and never bothered to go back.

13. Subarus, Subarus EVERYWHERE. We might as well be a living advertisement for Subaru.

14. When you live here, you are obligated to take out-of-town visitors to Casa Bonita. It’s kind of famous, and kind of awesome. And definitely a tradition.

15. Most importantly, the natural beauty of the state is guaranteed to ruin you for life. You’ll hate the gorgeous sunsets, towering mountains, and a list a mile long of fun things to do.
